Dr. Koh makes good on his promise to teach the beginner everything he or she needs to know to get started as a self-publisher on Amazon. This book is a fountain of knowledge if the reader sticks with it long enough to get to the meat of the matter which is found in the second half of the book. What I downloaded this book for and what most people will have downloaded it for is found in chapters five through ten.
